  • Commit to creating a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils in our school?
  • Explain your responsibilities in respect of pupil safeguarding, class teaching and as a subject leader?
  • Show interest and respect to all stakeholders of our school, thereby positively promoting our school’s and the Cidari Trust’s values and relationships with all of our parents and partners?
  • Contribute to the development of Worship and the spiritual life of the school, based upon our Christian Values?
  • Show successful subject leadership skills and experience? 

Abilities in the area of Creative, Expressive and Visual Arts is of interest to us but other subject leadership enthusiasms and skills will be considered equally.

Cidari Multi Academy Trust and the Governing Body of St Luke and St Philip’s Primary School - A Church Academy are seeking to appoint an individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering the highest standards.  Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the estates and facilities management throughout the school. 

You will make sure that all statutory premises-related requirements are met and that our school is safe, welcoming, well-maintained and a immaculately presented place to study and work.

Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 15 £17,972

52 Weeks Per Year

Closing Date: 21 May 2018, 5.00pm

Other Information

You will be expected to:

  • Provide an effective caretaking service.
  • Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring that the school is clean and well maintained.
  • Carry out security procedures for the school and grounds.
  • Be responsible for routine and emergency access to the school premises and grounds.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the main Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Be committed to professional development and improving yourself and others.

Duty Hours

37 hours per week with the working day in term time normally to be worked between the core time of 6.00am – 10.30am and 3pm - 6.00pm.(Monday to Thursday) 6.00am – 10.30am and 3.00pm – 5.30pm (Friday)

Overtime will be paid for emergency call outs and any school lettings involving extra hours out of school time, based on the hourly rate of the Site Supervisor’s salary.
